"The Hotel is like new if not recently completed. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows that I enjoyed. The breakfast was well stocked with various choices . The coffee and orange juice were delicious and freshly made. Everything about our was perfect. The hotel can be little difficult to find but well worth the effort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don’t have anything negative to report. EXCELLENT!"

"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan.
