"The younger staff member at the front desk on 3/6/2026 in the morning was not particularly courteous. However, the senior staff member in the afternoon when I checked in was professional and provided good service."
"The first room we were put in smelled like smoke, room switch took an hour. Staff complained about new private ownership instead of corporate management. Door for second floor was kicked in at some point, never replaced, probably by a patron whose card key stopped working and lost access to his room, or maybe by someone trying to rob the guy selling bud on the 3rd floor. Either way, we stayed last year and the quality of the rooms had dropped, property standards dropped but so did the price. Whatever they are spraying to kill the bed bugs is working but also dropping the air quality inside the rooms. The hygiene for sheets seems to be spraying instead of washing. "

"Great clean hotel and had a wonderful view of the harbor. It was quiet. My main concern was the restaurant. I went once and sat and never recognized and a second time it was closed. I did use the coffee shop but it closed early. Staff very nice. I would stay again if I knew the restaurant would be serving. "
