Beautiful place

Booked trip for Baltimore football game. Two weeks before the game, my original hotel canceled my booking and I was forced to find another one. May have been the best thing. This hotel was great all around. Upon arrival the front desk was polite and answered all our questions about walking directions to various places around. Recommended food choices as well. I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The only issue that I had was that there was no microwave in the room.

The hotel was so dog friendly. We even had water bowls and Milk Bone treats at the front for the dogs. The restaurant was so great and convenient. The staff was really helpful.

Attended an event at Soundstage. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from there. The streets were a little noisy after midnight, but it died down shortly thereafter and the hotel itself was very quiet. There is a public parking garage directly across the street so that was super convenient. They do offer valet parking as well. The desk attendant was quite friendly. I did not partake in the breakfast buffet, so I cannot speak on the quality of that, but based on the cleanliness of the room...

This was an overnight and I must say we was very pleased. The customer service provided by Elias was top notch. Will definitely recommend this property and will return.

We stayed at the Hyatt 40 years ago on our wedding weekend. It is looking a bit dated but the room had a great view of Inner Harbor and the bed was very comfortable. Parking garage appears to be attached to the hotel but there is no access from the hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the room but no microwave. Hotel restaurant food was good and waitstaff was attentive. An enjoyable stay.

Modern bldg. Good decoration, exelent people working very professional, nice views. Really enjoyed my time and accomplish my job.

Great stay

Room swas spacious, luxuirous and so well taken care of. Bed was comfortable adn so big. SHower and bathroom was spaciois, plenty of mirror and counter space!

The property was close to a variety of restaurants and shopping centers.

We loved our stay and were surprised to learn that the building used to be a bank.

Everything was great. Great staff from Valet to Front desk Convenient location. Breakfast included was nice.
