"I had a really nice stay here. The host is very kind and helpful. The guest house is clean, comfortable and centrally located near a subway station. There are also many restaurants to eat at, banks with ATMs and a convenience store close by. Check-in is really easy as well.

No real idea of location and pleasantly surprised. Quite close to a major station which was a plus. Trains and taxis supper economical.
Breakfast was quite nice and pretty authentic. Free ramen in the evening was appreciated.
Onsen was small but never crowded , and very appealing.
Pillow was on the rock hard end however. Room as expected was snug.

"Location was good as it was 5-10 min walk away from the nearby stations like the Yeoksam, Seonleung, and the seonjeongneung stations. Staff was courteous, patient, and efficient. Special shout-out to Han Paul at the front desk for being very professional during my stay here. There is a 7-11 and a pastry store right underneath the hotel for late-night snacks and purchases. Would stay here again!"

Room was clean, cool and bedding was comfortable. Extras like soap and disposable wash cloths in a room at the end of the hall. Shower was a little unexpected, but worked out just fine!

This place was perfect for what I needed. if you travel solo and looking for inexpensive place in Seoul, then you want to consider this place. Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.
I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several tourist locations, restaurants and shopping areas. The access is pretty easy from the airport (the bus stops right at the door) or by train (Seoul station is just 15 min by taxi), something really helpful if you come with family.
We chose it for the indoor pool, which has a couple of jacuzzi next to it. It was a perfect choice to relax after walking around.

Loved this hotel, it was just as the photos show it to be. Clean, beautiful and unique. Worth the stay. I wish the loft area had its own toilet/sink to avoid going up and down the stairs at night. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and the decor was amazing.
The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...
The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....
It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.
