This is a small bed and breakfast with 7 rooms. We liked the common areas (there are several) and the small pool was a nice respite from the hot sun. We were on the ground floor so not able to open windows and it’s a little noisy but not bad at all. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very large and recently updated. No complaints at all. Very quiet. Be prepared for a bit of a walk (15 minutes?) to the main tourist area of Praia de Rocha. There is minimal on site parking; but if there are no spots available when you arrive, you can park for free on the street until a spot becomes available so I wouldn’t worry about it. Very beautiful area. If you’re looking for a nice spot just a bit outside of the main crowded area, this is perfect....
