Excellent hotel!

We loved our stay here with our two teenagers. Our room was huge (we had a 2-bedroom suite) and gave us the space to relax and unwind, as well as escape the heat. The service everywhere was fantastic, and extremely friendly. The pools, restaurant and cafe were all clean and beautiful. Fairly new hotel, within a short walking distance to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was nice. They also have bicycles available. There are some restaurants nearby. It's about 15 minute walk to Nai Yang beach, which is a nice beach in a quieter part of Phuket. I had originally booked for one night, but decided to extend my stay.

The hotel, beach and food are nice, but the best is the service!! Everyone was always helpful and with a welcoming smile. We travel a lot and this hotel is highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience staying at this resort. The staff was great, and very accessible. Massage appointments were easy to book and the massage itself were great. Nora Beach Club was next to the property and was pricey.

This hotel is a little isolated and right on the beach. Just what we were looking for. With 4 pools, a water slide, games rooms for kids, pool table, complimentary library, inexpensive restaurant right on the beach offering a free well proportioned kids meal with each adult meal, it worked out well for our family of four. There is a laundromat on site and the spacious rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and all the cutlery and crockery you need. Surprisingly there's a Tesco-Lotus supermarket...

This is our 10th time at Four Points hotel. The hotel is great! First of all the staff, extraordinary hospitality and kindness. The service is the best. Other than that, perfect location, great food and very clean. Highly recommended:)

Wonderful. Nathan took great care of us. They have great local recommendations. Very walkable. Out of the places we saw in the city this was the best location and best place to stay.

Upon arrival and checking out our room there was a problem with one of the lights and the filter for the A/C; the maintenance man arrived within minutes and fixed both issues. We had a room overlooking the pool on the fourth floor, which was great! It gave us a wonderful view of the city, sea, and hillsides. We enjoyed a day swimming at the pool and drinking at the poolside bar, one of the bartenders makes the best mojitos ever! The housekeeping staff was wonderful, and I can't possibly say...

Overall property was nice, room was very nice I opted for the pool villa, no mini bar but I enjoyed the room and was kept clean, hotel was up hill from beach and activities hotel did provide a shuttle but stayed booked so used grab app for taxi’s, hotel has airport transportation for cost

I was wrapping up a separate vacation trip to Phuket and wanted a nice place near the airport for the 3 nights before I could fly out. I found this on Tripadvisor, with a deal from Expedia. In my younger years I worked in hospitality, so I'm a bit jaded about hotels, especially resorts. But I thought I'd go for the experience and am pleased to say that the Slate exceeded all expectations. We only got one night, between flights. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the airport. Nice staff, clean rooms. Overall the experience was great.

We loved this resort! The location is stunning: set on the side of a cliff overlooking the beach with sunset views from almost every part of the property.
