This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is big with a rain shower head. Everything is bright and clean. The rooms are quiet. The staff are very friendly and inviting. The maids do a great job cleaning the rooms. The breakfast that is served has fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs, crepes and cappuccino and coffee. The hotel location was near Chania town and they provide a shuttle that can take you to town, and also pick you up from the town. Hotel room was nice, it's a little bit on the small side. Also, you will have a great view from the balcony. overall, i'm pretty happy with it.
No complaints whatsoever about or stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony gorgeous. I’d have loved if the pool was heated, but otherwise, the stay was absolutely perfect.
Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear.

The rooms and property were fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful and the food was delicious, great service! The only difficulty was finding parking for our rental vehicle but that is true for every hotel near the beach. It’s on the outer edge of Rethymno, making the location less crowded than the old town streets near the port. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the port from the hotel, but we didn’t mind the walk. We would absolutely book here...
Very nice city hotel , clean, quiet and comfort. Close to the city center , around 6-8 minutes walking and only 2 minutes from Koum - Kapi.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.
We could not have enjoyed our stay at Azade and Crete more. The location in old town is so convenient and close to all shops, restaurants and beaches. Staff were attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable. They even prepared us a breakfast to pick up when we had an early morning tour to Samaria Gorge. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay.
