"Except for location, this hotel has nothing to really feel good about. Bathroom is shaken. Mattress is poor, dtaff are ignorant and practically its a noisy hotel by their own people running arpund. I was deeply disappointed. Robably would never go back. "

Everything really went perfectly during the week-long stay.
Incredibly organized staff, nice and quiet on my floor. Spotlessly clean in all parts of the property. And that newly redone fitness center / saunas area is like a day spa included in the price of the hotel. Just fantastic and now officially my preferred place to stay in CP (having overtaken The Imperial)"
