"This hotel is overdue for a rehab. The carpets are worn and dirty, the walls need to be painted and it's just generally in a shabby state. Also, there was trash left in the hallways all day. I'm not sure why housekeeping couldn't dispose of it sooner. And for 24 hours there was a used Q-tip in the hallway outside of my room. Aside from all of that, the most annoying thing about this hotel was the key cards. In a one day period, I had to go to the lobby three different times to have my key card reset because it wouldn't work. If these cards are so sensitive, get a new system. My room was arguably about as far away from the lobby as any in the building and I would have to walk all the way around the building to get to the lobby. This was a hassle and made my stay very frustrating and unenjoyable. I will not return."

"This is a comfortable, no frills place to stay. The staff is wonderful, although the security guard could be a bit less presumptuous when approaching situations.. I did not, however, factor him into my rating because the interaction was trivial and not usually part of a normal stay for most. They are remodeling part of the building, but we're very mindful of construction noise and keeping the area clean. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and the AC in the room blows cold on hot days. Hot showers with great water pressure, clean and comfortable towels and linens, fridge in the room works well. Wi-Fi is an open network with ok service. The food at the cafe is good, but pricey. Overall, a nice stay and would stay again. "

"The place is dirty, rooms look like something from 1970. Mold in shower, popcorn ceiling. Dire need of an upgrade. "

"This property is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the bridal suite which is 850 sq ft and it felt like pure luxury. Seems to be brand new or recently renovated. Super friendly staff and check in and check out couldn’t be easier. Will definitely be back soon!"

"The AC didnt work very well and the pillows weren’t great from what I typically use meant not a lot of good sleeps. The pool area was nice as well as the pools. Not sure if I’d stay there again as it was pretty pricy comparative to other places I’ve stayed. "

"The property is really run down, and needs to be remodeled! There was mold in shower and water damage on the bathroom door. Our stay was $400 a night. It felt like a motel 6 not a Hilton. Our group rented 5 rooms and we were all disappointed. The staff was great! They brought me plastic silverware when asked. Hilton needs to pressure the owners to remodel!"
