"The hotel infrastructure is coherent with its price and stars. BUT, what really made it AMAZING was the politeness and willingness to help shown by all of the employees I had contact with. I have been in hotels all over the world, and I think this was the most attentive and cordial service I got. I don´t remember the names of everyone, but Sandy is one that I do and who was great. The staff really cares about you, and not just about their own rules and procedures."

"Perfect hotel on the drive through Ohio and PA. Staff were very friendly and considerate. On checkin my wife saw a small teddy bear on the desk that was identical to a bear her (late) mom gave her when she was a child. When she inquired about whose it was they said they’d find out when we checked out in the am. Upon checkout they still had not found out - so we left and before she could get through the door they graciously offered it to my wife for free, and really made her holiday.
