"An older apartment, but with nice amenities and close to everything. The underground parking is a plus! There is no air conditioning in the apartment, which made it uncomfortable at night, but the managers promptly brought us 2 fans, which helped. They were prompt to reply with everything. The only suggestion would be to adjust the checkout time to noon, for example. 10:00 AM is very tight to get everything packed and cleared out. "C'est un hôtel près de l'aéroport mais très silencieux. On n'entend pas les avions. Les chambres sont petites mais très fonctionnelles et propres. Le personnel était courtois et le petit déjeuner très correct. L'hôtel est dans un cartier industriel et le choix de restaurant plutôt limité. Toutefois, nous avons bien mangé au restaurant le plus près."

"Very clean room with great view of City Hall. Very functional too with lots of power outlets. Great huge bed with nice pillows and tremendous bathroom especially the shower and love the full length mirror on reverse of sliding bathroom door. Cleaning staff were super friendly in providing more bottles of water etc. However, check-in was very very slow - 20 minutes is pretty upsetting especially after a long journey. Surely you can try to expedite this process especially when a big tour group is checking in. A bit disappointing too that there's no lunch restaurant in the hotel."

"WeI had an excellent stay at The Social Hub. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel comfortable right away. Inéz at the front coffee bar and Rayanne in reception were the most awesome employees for us. They helped with so many different things always with a smile. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a stylish atmosphere that blended modern comfort with the charm of Porto. My room was, quiet, and very comfortable, One of the best parts was the location—perfect for exploring Porto’s historic center, restaurants, shops, and famous riverside views. Everything felt conveniently close. The plaza next to the hotel was Porto’s meeting point to watch FIFA games with its super big screen. Overall, the service, cleanliness, comfort, and location exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto and would gladly stay here again."
