Friendly staff ready to assist with any concerns. Prompt service. Quiet, yet felt very safe. I’ve stayed here on 2 separate occasions & wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if the occasion arises.

What a great surprise to find this inn. We will be back next year. Great location. Excellent staff. Rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of water pressure for your hot shower. They even have a place to eat and have a nice drink at the end of the day. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks! See you next year!!

We loved it at the Isaac Jackson Hotel. We felt so "welcome" from the time we walked in the door. I don't believe we've ever met such friendly, "happy", and efficient staff from the front desk to housekeeping. We found our room "just as pictured" on the website. It was quiet and the bed so comfortable. The Bath & Body toiletries were really an extra special touch. As well as the two chocolates treats on the desk. We lacked for nothing during our two day/two night stay. The breakfast...

This place is gorgeous! Very clean, looks newly remodeled. The free breakfast buffet was awesome; lots of healthy choices!

The thing that stuck out the most was it was very very clean and smelled nice. What I didn’t like was the rule for the pool. But I understand with Covid going on

Front desk attendant was a lovely woman! Check-in was fast and easy. Room was great and very clean and fairly close to a number of restaurants. Only negative was not enough light available inside the room.

The room smelled good and was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and the towels were good quality and smelled fresh. The restaurant food and service were both terrific. Traffic around the area was very heavy and it took some time to go just a short distance.

Evening staff person was super nice and upgraded our room when we asked to be moved from a room close to the dining room. It was no problem and she was happy to change our room. She was pleasant and sweet. Food was not bad and had quite a few selections. Would definitely stay again.

The employees Sherri and Pam were extremely helpful when I checked-in. The storm had knocked out the power and I was unprepared to stay at a hotel with my animals. Sherri helped me get them out of the car and into my room. It could've been horrible but those 2 ladies made my stay so much easier.

I was traveling cross country, with my mom and two dogs..easiest reservation and check in I ever had, the night clerk was personable and helpful. Our room was spotless. I mean spotless. Beds were comfy, and traveling with dogs can be a bit taxing, but this place was accommodating. Also, right on the highway, with lots of food choices made it a no brainer. Would recommend to anyone , and surely keep on my list for future stays.

This hotel is within walking distance to the train depot in Elkins for an overnight stay after a trip to the North Pole on the Polar Express.

I stay here for the sole reason that I have the option of a day pass at the Fitness Club next door (Iam a cyclist and can use the 'good' bikes) which has a pool also. Breakfast is common fare with good coffee.....I always stop here
