"Well-trained and extremely helpful staff. Housekeeping services are among the best and most attentive I have ever experienced, including organizing items on nightstand during turndown service, providing extra water, etc. Coffeemaker and condiments were routinely restocked, including refrigerated half-and-half. Concierge services were excellent including providing touring destination suggestions and arranging for rental car delivery to hotel. Superb hotel experience."

"I was surprised by the staff's efforts to keep the property clean at all time. The staff are very friendly.. Although mixed room staying with all kinds of human shoes odors, the staff kept room clean daily. The kitchen was extremely clean. The staff kept it clean at all times. I was also happy with the location. It is one block away from China Town and all kinds street cars that will get you to anywhere. I had a good time here."
