"Location is really amazing. You walk out and see the CNTower. Check in was a bit complicated , but the host was very responsive. Unit was actually better than the photos posted. All towels were in the dryer. We were pleased to find them warm and fluffy."

Housekeeping services are among the best and most attentive I have ever experienced, including organizing items on nightstand during turndown service, providing extra water, etc. Coffeemaker and condiments were routinely restocked, including refrigerated half-and-half. Concierge services were excellent including providing touring destination suggestions and arranging for rental car delivery to hotel. Superb hotel experience."
