Hotel C Stockholm
"The hotel's location is excellent, as it just a couple of minutes on foot from the airport express train station, the central rail, and underground stations. The location is also conveniently close to shops of all sorts and to at least two supermarkets. I was able to walk to most of Stockholm's major tourists sites from the hotel. The room I booked had no windows, which did not bother me as I had not been planning to spend time in the room during the day. Although the room was small, I was able to spread out papers on a desk area. There was not much space to hang up clothes. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast buffet included a rich variety of hot and cold foods, excellent in quality and abundant in quantity. This breakfast offer was one reason I chose Hotel C, and I was not disappointed. I had no need to eat lunch! The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with all sorts of information that helped make my stay in Stockholm enjoyable. Two suggestions for improvement: 1) Install a computer that guests can use for thirty minutes or so to check email, flight details, and so on. Not everybody carries or wants to use a phone or laptop. 2) Get a cable TV package that includes the BBC. CNN is too US centric! I found Hotel C ideal for my sightseeing holiday and I would be happy to stay there again."
Hobo Stockholm
"Very cool Hotel. Excellent location My friend and I both really enjoyed our stay. The service at the front desk and at the rooftop bar were Top Notch!!"
Haymarket by Scandic
"Great location in Hotorget square, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and public transport. We had a Deluxe room which was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was often busy, but had a great selection of food and included an omlette chef! Staff were very helpful and we were able to store our suitcases in the luggage room after checkout for a few hours."
Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central
"Very good location."
Scandic Grand Central
"Ideal for getting to the Arlanda Express to the airport: one block away from an elevator down to the train platform. Near food and shopping as well. The hotel was lovely our room was large."
Hotel Birger Jarl
"Small but cosy. Kinda reminds me of a cruise ship suit including the big step into the bathroom"
Scandic Malmen
"Rooms were fairly small but clean and adequately maintained. Good breakfast. Restaurant food was good, but the area was a little noisy on Fridays and Saturdays."
Clarion Hotel Stockholm
"Great stay. Definitely recommend adding on breakfast as it was superb!"
Elite Palace Hotel & Spa
"Their telephone system does not work well. When you try to get the English option the phone just goes dead!"
