If I could give this hotel a 6-star rating, I would. I have traveled a lot, but I had never received the level of attention and service that I received in this hotel. When I arrived I had some particular issues I needed to resolve. Since I was traveling alone and my issues dealt with a large parcel it was difficult for me to fix my problem by myself. Friendly desk staff, comfortable beds and pillows with air conditioning in the room that works well... large kitchen for cooking and a bar with good prices... they feature events most evenings...excellent location, great area to walk around and close to public transportation. Area is safe and clean with a police station just a few doors down... the antique elevator is awesome....seriously one of the best hostels I've visited...highly recommend!!!
