Learn more about Flagstaff
Towering ponderosa pines frame this mountain town where astronomers discovered Pluto at the historic Lowell Observatory. Wander downtown's red sandstone buildings before catching live music at the Orpheum Theater. The Museum of Northern Arizona showcases indigenous cultures that thrived here long before Route 66 brought road-trippers through. Escape summer heat with a hike up Humphreys Peak or winter powder at Arizona Snowbowl. Grand Canyon adventures await just north, while Walnut Canyon's ancient cliff dwellings reveal centuries of human ingenuity. After stargazing at some of the country's darkest skies, warm up with craft beer at one of the local breweries that locals consider mandatory stops.

"Nice play to stay when working in town"
Americana Motor Hotel
"Everything was wonderful except that at 10:30 p.m. they were cleaning the room above us that was horrible considering I was having a hard time sleeping anyway and that woke me up"
Tru By Hilton Flagstaff
"This hotel is new, modern and clean, and they have very obviously thought about the needs of traveling families. There are gas firepits and lots of seating outside, both covered and uncovered. There is cornhole outside and foosball and board games inside. The entire hotel is immaculate and its modern decor is appealing. The breakfast bar was generous, but pretty bland-- not delicious as advertised (7/10). The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean, and the bathrooms were well-equipped and functional. Loved the makeup mirror! Our biggest complaint about the entire stay would be easily fixed-- PLEASE get cotton sheets! That would make the beds way more comfortable. Overall, this was a great hotel for the price, and we would definitely stay here again and again."

"Nice location"
Drury Plaza Hotel Flagstaff
"We spent three nights for the final three days of our road trip and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Amenities were great: pool and Jacuzzi, free breakfasts with plenty of choices (including pancakes made on the spot), a nice free light dinner + cocktails every night at 6pm. Couple it with popcorn and soda machine in the lobby. Location is awesome, a short walk to the beautiful downtown Flagstaff and across the street from NAU. Best part of the stay: the staff, especially front desk, drinks and breakfast/dinner. They are genuinely caring but also fun. They added a nice vibe to the entire stay. Whoever is in charge of hiring: great job!"
