"Stayed for three nights while visiting family and attending a game at PPG Arena. Overall room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and was outstanding for being a hotel breakfast. Actually better than the eat n park meal we ate. Waterfront location is fantastic for walking, eating, and shopping. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit Pittsburgh. "

"Nice, clean hotel not far from the highway. The room we had was spacious and included a full kitchen. There were storage areas in the bath area for longer stays. The breakfast included some healthier options. Outside was a nice sitting area."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. Indoor pool and gym facilities. Beautiful view overlooking the river. Complimentary breakfast with lots of choices. The only difficult part was the single level parking below the hotel as spaces are very narrow, especially for larger vehicles. "

"We weren't warned ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing such extensive renovations. The hotel was basically being renovated throughout. There was dirt and dust everywhere. The room we were given was visually pleasing but there were 3 issues. First, the walls were thin and there were crews working in the rooms around our room. Second, there was a smoke alarm on the wall beside the bed which had a flashing light which was annoying. Lastly, the toilet was continuously running. The shutoff valve had been removed, so I couldn't shut off the water and it eventually flooded. Also, the fact that the hotel had a pool was a big factor in selecting the hotel, only to find out upon arrival that the pool was closed. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, so it wasn't all bad but all in all it was very disappointing."

"Staff at the front desk was very friendly. That being said, the hotel is outdated and the room wasn’t very clean. The mattresses were so soft you sink right into them. The pillows also smelt very dirty. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"Property is great service great. Wish the honeymoon suite was a smoking room and having to be quiet after 10 is kind of childish when your in a honeymoon suite you know people are going to be noisy I wanted to blast my music lol. Other than that I love Jefferson hills motel"

"Overall great experience and would stay again! Staff was very polite and upbeat. Pullout mattress, mattress sheet, and couch cushion were all a bit stained but aside from that was comfortably clean. "
