The room was huge with a huge bathroom as well! It had a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and regular shower head for personal choice. The rainfall shower head was so relaxing and unique to anywhere else I have stayed! The room was clean, neat and organized! All of this is extremely surprising given that it is behind a gas station and above a party store. We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Kendallville for over 60 days during one of the hardest periods our family has ever faced, and I will never forget the kindness we received here. This hotel became so much more than a place to sleep. In many ways, they saved us.
The manager is genuinely one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever encountered. He treated us like human beings, not just another room number, and deserves every bit of recognition in the world.

We came to give the kids a fun night of swimming on the pool and we weren't disappointed. The pool was warm and the kids had a great time. One of the hotel staff even came into the pool area to let us know that she had just put some fresh baked cookies in the lobby. 10/10 for service and cleanliness.
