This was a bucket list stay. I have always wanted to stay at your hotel. I went to sumer camp when I was young in the area and always wanted to stay and play golf. The golf didn't work out maybe next time.
Loved the casual feel. Enjoyed the coffee and light breakfast in the mornings. Was nice to have a kitchen on property as well w large fridge, microwave and drinking water tap. Rooms have a dorm fridge as well.

We only stayed one night, staff was easy to reach an extremely helpful. In the hotel room was clean and roomy ( we had gotten a double room). We ended up having our car get damaged off-site. Not on the hotel property and were allowed to stay a little extra time to get everything sorted out in the morning.
This was a really quiet place to stay, and even though I got there really late on the first night, they had taped my key and a little note to me on the office door so i could get into my room. That's small town hospitality and I like it!

The Alexandra Inn is certainly a hidden gem of Traverse and we'd love to stay there again. We had a lakeview balcony and it was stunning. We stayed as a couple and it was absolutely perfect for us.
