"Only one person at desk. She did the best she could. Then there was longer black hair in the shower. I complained. But all she could do was clean it up. We told her not to bother. We didn’t use the shower. And had to go get a remote. And it didn’t work properly. Never stay here. "

"Everything was ok. I will say the room though. There was blunt pieces on table next to bed. Spider webs everywhere, under sink in bathroom was insane amount of dust and what appeared to be food from previous person who stayed. Even old trash on floors. Mirror could barely see through because it was so filthy truly a shame because other then that I’d give my stay 5 stars . But for price it was what you’d expect. Just leaving review in hopes that management makes Housekeeping do a bit better. Customer service was Excellent and well and amenities. Get stay, other then what I’ve spoke of. "

"We were very pleased that the hot tub was actually working and it was clean! I never used the pool, but it was used. The hotel was clean. I mean the clean feeling of fresh sheets, nice. The curtains when closed them it made the room dark, even during the day, that was/is a good thing. Breakfast was really good. The area(s) used were cleaned and the food and coffee were replenished often. Eggs, waffles, sausages, bread and more. As for the staff they were provided service and then-some! Meaning they went out of their way. We will stay here again. Thank you. "

"Enough towels for two people. It’s amazing how many places miss this. A good bed. Also amazing. Breakfast wasn’t super-special, but that’s fine. All the stuff you should expect were right. "
