"Hotel was nice, staff tired their best to help. One night into the stay we had a bad leak in the bathroom right over the toliet and let them know immediately, they said someone would come look at it and no one did. We made do, then one of the “workers” tried coming into our room unannounced and was only stopped because we had the latch, no knock and not even sure if it was a worker. We felt unsafe without the confirmation and if it was a worker why not accounted yourself before barging in? After the leak and the barge in the staff offered to move us rooms but it was a downgrade with no view and no stove top, so it was a lose lose. Other than that the stay was fine, wish more could’ve been done. After we called and were very polite it felt very awkward walking through the lobby and passing the staff as it seemed they were annoyed of us."

"We had a corner view. We used the indoor pool which was great as it was cold outside."

"Clean rooms .no ocean vuew and did not use hot tub. It was nit close to our room so not used .also nit used was the indoor pool .Rooms were great .Had everything we needed"

"There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv. There was no “do not disturb” sign. Check out was at 11 yet they knocked on my door and woke me up at 8:30. I would never stay there again and I would actively advise others not to either. "

"Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay."

"the shuttle stops running at 10pm which is a drag. Why not midnight. I called. When i arrived in my uber someone else was calling the front desk about the same thing."

"We really enjoyed this stay! We liked the area and it was walkable to some restaurants, bars and the beach! It is right down the street from a small, private beach and longer ways to a more public, larger beach. The staff were very friendly, place was maintained and clean- not super updated but not in bad condition! We would definitely plan to stay again! "
