The property was nice and clean. The rooms were a good size. My only concern was with the service. The person that helped me check in was extremely rude. I had been driving for four hours when I got to the check in. I was friendly but she wasn't. I was trying to ask her if my room had a sofa bed like and due to being so tired, I couldn't get the words out fast enough for her and she started mimicking me when I couldn't think of the word for "sofa bed"... she raised her voice and started saying...

Wow! This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The room was totally remodeled in a modern style. They really thought of everything! Each square foot of the room was designed with intention. Although there is no one at the front desk I felt completely supported throughout my stay by the virtual Kasa team. Great location in Redwood City, I enjoyed walking to some local restaurants and coffee shops throughout the weekend. Already looking forward to my next trip!
