"I’ve stayed many times in past years and you can see the decline from when it first opened. I was in a two bedroom suite. Holes in the wall, fridge was dented, no real amenities to speak of. Waited 30 mins to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. When they did show up no apology and barely acknowledged me."

"The property and room was very cleaned, But there was nothing to do and I called and asked the desk clerk before I booked was there activities she told me all the activities they have. But when I got there It was just the pools ,So we was bored. 4/20- 4/22"
