"We checked in with Shari, and she was excellent! Very friendly and courteous! She had the answers to all of our questions, and even showed me how to navigate my IHG app! The blond lady at the desk next to her was also super friendly! The two girls in the morning were just as great. The hotel was super clean. And the room attendants were always smiling in the halls. Breakfast was really good! Something for everyone! We enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is well-located within walking distance of the downtown shopping and theater area, so it was a nice option for us. It was clean and in decent shape but it had a stale smell in the hallways and rooms. The breakfast was fine, offering the usual continental breakfast options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We called the front desk to report that the bathroom sink was clogged. The front desk employee brought up a plunger, which my husband tried to use, but it didn't help so we had to be moved. We were not able to move to a King room as we had booked, but were given a room with two queen beds. "

"We stayed in a cabin surrounded by nature and it was amazing. Very quiet, private, and peaceful, perfect to disconnect from routine. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the forest view was the best part. Overall, a simple but very special and relaxing experience for a couple."
