"Located downtown adjacent but not in the hustle and bustle. We booked this hotel because it had free breakfast, free parking, and it had a hot tub. All of which were exactly what we had hoped for! Breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. There was also a soda fountain which is available at breakfast but also from 3p-10p. This was fantastic to have! Pool and hot tub were functional and clean. Great for relaxing while the kids played around. Parking garage was locked at night with only badge access from your hotel keycard. It felt very safe. Truly fantastic stay. Would highly recommend."

"My room was perfect , breakfast and coffee in restaurant was great and I would stay there again because it was conveniently located to walk . I was in town for the marathon."

"The property is pretty tired. Definitely showing it's age. One positive is it's a short walk to the Arch, but that's about it. One of the three lifts is out of order indefinitely. The carpark is filthy and not sure why there's a charge to park there. The breakfast ends at 9 am and to be honest, it's not worth the effort. Oh, ome other positive was the nice large shower. But that's it. Wouldn't stay again. Although I don't know what the competitors accom aptions are like."

"It was super crowded due to spring break, but I think the staff did their best to keep everything refreshed and clean Everyone was professional and kind. We loved the downtown location. "

"The property was clean and food was good, but the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8am sharp asking if they could clean, they also had construction going on inside the building (loud, cutting and drilling in to metal.) would have been nice to know when we talked to the front desk before booking."
