"I love this hotel. It's close to downtown Redmond. It's close to restaurants and grocery stores that I can walk to which is very convenient for myself since I disabled. I do have a service animal and they're so accommodating to his needs. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. When I did have an issue we were able to work it out respectfully. Also, they have a shuttle that gives you a ride wherever you need to go within 5 miles. Which is great. "
