"Loved Tutabel, the staff were fantastic, the beach is lovely, my room was comfortable and spacious. Trancoso is a lovely town to visit and very near. I had a great few days quietly relaxing, I had been concerned about travelling alone but it was the perfect place to unwind. "

"We had an excellent stay at Mata n’ativa! Fabiano and his staff are super attentive to all details. All spotless clean. The pousada is in this small oasis with little monkeys, birds and a lazy cat. Close to the beach and the Quadrado, but we recommend a car to get around. We recommend this Pousada 100%. "

"Absolute paradise, stunning and magical! The rooms are gorgeous, a combination of rusticity and luxury, the surrounding nature is amazing, breakfast was delicious and varied, drinks by the pool were heavenly. The village square is a short walk from the hotel and every restaurant is excellent. We only wish we had more time to try them all. Trancoso is unlike anywhere I’ve ever been and this hotel captures its essence perfectly."

"Nice, clean, easy ambiance to relax. Very friendly service from the staff and the owners. Sebastian and his daughter Lima take very much care of their pousada and their guests to make them feel comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruits, bread and eggs. The room is clean, neat and nicely decorated. The Pousada is a few yards from the beach, close enough to the city of Trancoso to have a nice diner, but far enough to rest and forget about the world for a few days. Good place to stay...
