"Very calm clean and quiet"

"Room was clean and easy check in. However someone was banging on the door at 1 am which had me and my family on edge a little bit. Other than that incident it was overall a nice place. The a/c is very loud and parking is tight."

"The room had gnats for days. We and the air conditioning did not blow cold. I had to request another room. Immediately after I requested the room. I was given another one. However, the air conditioning did not blow cold air and did not stay on for long. Due to the complaint from the gnats and given another room I just dealt with the air conditioner. I will not revisit and would not recommend anyone to this property."

"I've staying at Hollywood before and had pretty decent visits with no real problems. However my last visit went left after checkout I noticed a charge for an upgrade I never asked for. I was told it would be taken off and not charged but 2 days later it posted in my account...fast forward over 2 weeks, several calls and 2 messages for a callback from a supervisor I never received ...I finally called again and was able to speak with a supervisor who took 2 minutes to refund my money saying it may be several more days and without an so much as an apology but "anything else" Never have I ever been treated so rudely over a mistake the HOTEL MADE and did little to assure it was corrected nor did they apologize. They were a few very nice front desk attendants that did try to help but couldn't then the other half was not so kind and acted like I did something wrong."

"What i liked is that the rooms was very clean and the people was very helpful but trying to get the room when u get there was to slow for me because we had been there for at least 3 hours before I got my room I had to tell them I had my elderly mother with me for them to respond quickly u wish that they would do better in getting the rooms clean on time before people check into the hotel that would be a plus because it dont matter where u book from I feel u still should get a quick response for checking in just my thoughts but great stay"
