"Hotel is beautiful......"

"The room was cleaned every other day. The towels were replaced upon request. There were no information about the lack of cooking utensils. The staff was friendly but they had no training to inform us about the nearest restaurants, gas station etc. A list on their desk would have been helpful. The bar tender was alone and had no training to serve. breakfast was ok but you had to buy it. We had a problem with keys. The first day they deactivated although we had three night s stay. that happhened twice. Excuse? that we placed the key near a cel phone and that was not true after the first time we were extremely careful with it. Only the cleaning person was accomodating. Staff needs training. A smile is good but not enough."

"Coffee brewer did not work this morning - refrigerator in room hummed so loud had to unplug it - so noisy - some Noisey people loud late at. Night "

"I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived late at night traveling with teenagers and was given a room where the exterior door was wide open and the door frame was visibly damaged. It did not feel safe at all. When I went back to the front desk, I was offered another room, but by that point I no longer felt comfortable staying and just wanted to leave. Despite not staying, my card was still charged and I was told it would take 7–10 days to receive a refund. The overall condition of the hotel also seemed poor—rooms felt outdated and unclean—and the staff was not particularly helpful or pleasant. The surrounding area didn’t feel great either. Overall, I would not recommend staying here."

"Best place to stay is Asbury Park. Cafe and bar had delicious food and beverages. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Live music was very mellow and cool. Highly recommend. "
