"I chose our stay in New York in this hotel because of the reviews from other customers! And I didn’t make a mistake ‼️ First of all: the location, location, location!!! Close to everything ‼️‼️‼️ Whether it is food, crime safety or amazing great sightseeing. Second: very friendly stuff, starting the first employees at the front desk up to the cleaning lady!!! Third: the quality of bedding, quality of bathroom supplies, yes, I am not joking, I was pleasantly surprised by everything in the bathroom, from the quality and whiteness of plenty of towels all the way of quantity of standard toiletries and specifically the smell of shampoo and body wash, don’t lough,it’s important to me… Overall, to be honest, for the price we paid for two days. It was a find!!! For those who wants to find a nice, convenient and not(!) overpriced place to stay and enjoy the city that “never sleeps”, go for this Night Hotel Broadway, you won’t regret 👍殺"

"Overall location is good. It is an older building with obvious flaws. Rooms not well maintained, only one outlet worked so only one phone charge at a time. Toilet seat was cracked, and shower drain wasn’t secure. The good things, breakfast had a good selection, and upon arrival (if early before 3pm), they will hold your luggage in the lobby."

"This is not a four star property. It’s a great location for being close to the park, but that’s where things end. The rooms are dim, the finishes are aged, and they’re no where near as spacious as the photos show. We booked two suites, neither had the balconies promised. There are little to no amenities besides soap and lotion. It was overpriced for what the rooms delivered. "

"Very disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets had a strong odor resembling burning or exhaust fumes, which made the room uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. Before heading to the pool, I called the front desk and was told it was open. After getting changed and ready to swim, I found the pool entrance locked with an “Out of Order” sign taped to the door. I then had to wait approximately 20 minutes for staff to unlock it. Once inside, the pool was in poor condition. The water appeared green, and the overwhelming smell of chlorine mixed with algae made it unpleasant to use. Breakfast was also underwhelming. The made-to-order omelet was the only item that seemed fresh and enjoyable; the rest of the food was trash (especially what they call waffle fries). To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk four separate times to request an extra pillow before someone finally brought one to the room."
