No major issues, wrong room assigned on check-in but resolved in 5 minutes. Everything else went as planned.

The facility is well designed. It could use a bit more tlc when it comes to the rooms trimmings. The doors in particular are old and very worn. They have been poorly repaired over the years and the paint on them appears to be done by amateurs. There was also a problem with the stopper in the sink. It was missing completely. Our one night stay was awesome. We were there for a baseball game at First Energy Stadium. We parked our car in the garage and jumped into the free hotel shuttle and in five minutes we were at the stadium. The driver gave us a brief history of the area as we drove to the game. When the game ended, we called the hotel for a return shuttle and a new driver was there in minutes. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We stayed here for 3 days & were very happy with the lovely accommodations. The room was charming & spotless & the breakfast buffet with homemade goodies was very nice. The property was beautiful with flowers everywhere & even the animals were sweet! It was a pleasure talking with the proprietors & we learned a lot about the area.

Clean/ Quiet and the price rate

The hotel sits on one of the higher points in the area, and it is quite a view from the parking lot alone. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and courteous. Most questions were answered as I was checking in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire facility was clean. Coffee was on in the lobby 24/7! Nancy and her husband Rich were great hosts! Wonderful accommodations! We had a great breakfast and conversation with them. Afterwards I spent time with Rich the music room - He played guitar and I on the piano - (he's really good!) Another plus - their place is really close to a LOT of shopping!

It was a beautiful room everything was clean!! Staff was friendly!! The only complaint I have is the pool was freezing

Friendly staff, comfortable stay. We heard about this hotel from friends of family and it did not disappoint. Dog friendly hotel with a kitchenette is great for those looking for a longer term stay.

I loved everything . Very quiet and comfortable room

2 room suite was very spacious & very clean. Indoor pool & hot tub. Breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs, sausage, warm blueberry scones, oatmeal bar, cereal, juice & milk.

Staff was super friendly and there was a great buffet breakfast. The hotel is very clean and decor/design is fun! Will always look to book at this hotel chain first anytime we travel!
