"Bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the bathroom door would not latch, leaving us to place a nearby luggage rack against it to close completely. I imagine that housekeeping would never be aware of such a problem, so we reported it upon departing. Otherwise, this is a location convenient to downtown Charlotte, and we'd consider it on future visits."

"The room was very clean. I booked for race weekend. Unfortunately we had a family emergency as we were leaving. We stayed all night at the hospital and our loved one passed. I kept calling and trying to communicate with the hotel “ that was hard” English not so good. But we were supposed to arrive on Thursday around midnight but unfortunately we did not get there until Friday evening. We were charged full price for Thursday and room rate doubled for Friday. Was hoping for some compassion but unfortunately not. I get it we booked it but we definitely didn’t expect for the loss of a loved one. It was hard enough just making sure they would hold our room. But on a fair note the room was very clean and we did not get to try the continental breakfast because we were exhausted! We had been up since 5am Thursday morning, worked all day up all night until 4pm that Friday evening. But as far as cleanliness and close to things it was good. Was nervous at first because outside didn’t look as great. Also the beds are more like fills not a queen"

"pool was great, staff was beyond incredible, room was fine. the outlets in the room kept pulling out of the furniture fixtures. the breakfast was pretty lackluster, nothing to write home about. i’d stay here again, but plan on figuring out breakfast elsewhere because those scrambled eggs were WET."

"The pool area bar wasn't open Friday afternoon when a lot of customers were enjoying the sun. it seemed unusual for that to have occurred. the valet parking was slow on occasions. I was promised to have my bill adjusted and it didn't occurred as promised."
