The location is everything as it is 1 street over from main street. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and was clean with a large private balcony overlooking the street. The room had a mini fridge, a TV with limited cable, a telephone, great air conditioning and lighting. The bathroom was small with a very small and low toilet, low water pressure and a very small shower head, but the water temperature was good. Also limited counter space. We stayed at this small, quaint inn for three nights recently while exploring the Cape, and if we ever come back I would definitely stay here again. We loved the beautiful setting and the well-cared for grounds. Coffee on the balcony was a joy. The owner was so helpful with suggestions for ferries, restaurants, routes, etc... Yes, the place is a bit dated, but that's part of the charm, I think. The only thing I think should be addressed would be new mattresses.
Summer camp is superior. Super friendly, accommodating, and welcoming staff, one of the most conveniently located hotels on island, super clean overall, upbeat and modern lobby/lounge area, well decorated and furnished rooms with useful amenities, & an excellent ocean view from our room! Hotel was good overall and staff was excellent. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay $48 at checki-in for water, parking and WIFI when parking was all I wanted.
The motel is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a place to take the kids. The waterfront slopes gently making access by kayak or for swimmers safe and easy There are also two pools and a playground. The motel is situated in a quiet, grassy area with mature trees making it perfect for picnics. It's pet friendly making it the perfect spot for anyone's vacation.
When not taking advantage of the quick walk to the beach, it was nice to have a pool specific to this property. The pool was clean and cool!
Staff was super friendly, quick and helpful. The breakfast was quite good as well. No need to seek out other breakfast spots.

It was very cheap. I was looking for a last minute hotel to spend the nice. I had miss the boat to Nantucket. & I found this little cute inn thats next to the shopping center, several stores, restaurants around, airport, bus terminal & steamship near by. I wanted to catch the first boat & the guy at the front desk was kind enough to call a cab to pick me up in the morning. I dont have any complaints. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Overall Excellent.
