"This place is run down. If you like to sleep through the night I wouldn’t stay here. My room was next to the side door out to the parking lot. You hear the door open and slam all night and morning long. Also people put a rock in the door to keep it open leaving the hotel open to anyone off the street to come it. The room was not very clean. There was some smeared on the inside of the door. "

"This is a clean and comfortable chain hotel located outside the downtown area. Local attractions can easily be reached by car. I found the people accommodating and all was clean."

"When I first checked in I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied, when I finally got the right room key I walked in to my room and was hit with a wave of heat. Went into the bathroom and there were dirty wash clothes on shower curtain rod. Breakfast was disorganized and not stocked well. Had to wait for forever for eggs to be brought out. The trash was over flowing and not checked. Dishes ran out constantly. There was no remote in my room when I checked in and had to go down stairs to get a remote for it not to work and waited an hour and 15 min to be brought one that worked. Would have been nice to be able to stream what I wanted on the tv instead of basic cable but that’s neither here nor there. I about slipped and fell in the shower because the tub was so slippery. Overall it’s beautiful to look at but not kept up with. Will not be back"

"Construction, dust, and dirt all over the place no breakfast, fitness room, close pool closed, dust on check-in desk. Not a pleasant stay"

"Parking is right behind the building, very easy to get to the rooms. Cozy little building in the heart of the old town. Walking distance to restaurants, river walk. Definitely will be staying there again"
