"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we were given was profoundly dirty – the bathtub was unclean, the carpet was stained, and the bedding was also filthy. The front desk staff seemed surprised that we received such a room, and after being moved to another, it was also used and not cleaned. They explained it by saying they were short-staffed and fully booked, but I had made the reservation online the day before, so this excuse was not acceptable. After I asked for the manager, he was shocked, went upstairs to fix it, but when we returned, the room was still just as dirty. I do not understand how they can accommodate guests in such filthy, smelly rooms. We stayed just four hours and left, as it was unbearable – we couldn’t even lie down."

My only complaint is that parking was not the best, especially because there was a large 50th anniversary party in the conference room. The parking lot was full and the streets were lined. I don’t know that there’s a solution, but maybe warn guests of potential parking issues. We had to park in a different parking lot. "
