Staff was super friendly and there was a great buffet breakfast. The hotel is very clean and decor/design is fun! Will always look to book at this hotel chain first anytime we travel!
Hotel was very nice. Ceilings with light vents and air vents need to be dusted. Lots of dust up there. No fan in the bathroom. Staff was very kind and overall we loved our room. Nice small breakfast in the morning and coffee provided all day with flavored creamers :)
It was great except we went to our car in the morning, and then grabbed a coffee in the lobby, and when we went to go back up to our room at around 10am the cleaning man had went in our room and started taking it apart. Would not let us back in.
I was not ready for the day.
He said we checked out…. We definitely had not. Clearly I had my key card to get the elevator to work.. we had our card in our hand
Luckily we had traveled with another couple, and were able to go to their room to get washed...
My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The staff (Neel) was very hospitable and upon hearing of our anniversary, offered to upgrade our room. The room was spacious, clean and had a nice view of the courtyard. Overall, very nice stay!
The staff was phenomenal, any questions I had were answered immediately, The grounds were super clean and nice. Breakfast was out of this world, I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and will be recommending it to all my family and friends.
2 room suite was very spacious & very clean. Indoor pool & hot tub. Breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs, sausage, warm blueberry scones, oatmeal bar, cereal, juice & milk.
I paid about $100 for this room and it was by far the best value I've ever received in my life. The place seems brand new and the facilities were very nice. The room had a kitchen (including a dishwasher) with a big fridge and freezer. It had a nice work area and even had electric blinds controlled by a wall switch. It's located right mext to the craziest mall iv'e ever seen and lots of food, casino etc.The bathroom was big and the beds were perfect with 2 types of pillows (1 was down). At...
The people at the desk were so caring and welcoming! Loved this location and especially thought the breakfast was very nice and efficient. There are lots of sidewalks to safely walk and also a very high-scale mall minutes away. Very safe location with lots to offer. Stay here you'll be back!
We were in the area to attend a hockey tournament and needed a two-night stay. Everything was very good. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was fine with eggs, bacon, cereals, yogurt, fruits, muffins, juices and coffee.
