Placemakr Austin Downtown, Apartments by Hilton
"The only complaint I had was that they had parking available and so we paid for that— but after getting back from a late Austin FC game there were no longer spots available in the lot (likely because some people had parked very poorly and taken up more than one spot— so I don’t blame them for the situation— but it was pretty frustrating, unfortunately I don’t have a suggestion to help alleviate the situation, but I had to mention it.) I was thankful that they refunding the parking for me. So I appreciate that. The room was lovely- very clean, we took advantage of the weather/drier. It was great!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Austin Downtown! The breakfast was one of my favorite parts — fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, juice, and plenty of choices every morning. Everything was fresh and delicious. The location is also excellent, with so many great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for my trip. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Austin. Highly recommended!"

"The guy that checked us in that evening was absolutely wonderful. Super helpful in helping us locate some options for dinner and such. He even waived and greeted us the following evening when he saw us like we were long time friends. That was so nice and just refreshing!"
