"Conveniently located near RDU for our early morning flight. Unfortunately, wifi and breakfast offerings were at cost. Otherwise, an okay stay for one night."

"Frankly speaking, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was not the pleasant experience I had expected. During our stay, we found a cockroach and other small insects in the room, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also exactly the same every day for the 10 days we stayed there, with no variety at all. In addition, one of the male staff members who helped in the kitchen was quite rude and unfriendly. Some of the reception staff were also not welcoming and spoke to me in an unfriendly manner. That said, I would like to recognize Todd, who works at reception in the evening and night. He was always friendly, helpful, welcoming, and very pleasant to speak with. I also want to acknowledge the cleaning staff, who were very kind and helpful. In particular, there was an African American gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, but he was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. Overall, while there were a few excellent staff members who made a positive impression, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations."

"The breakfast menu was good, but often times in the 3 days we were there, they ran out of food. Plus the coffee was often times empty. the food choices were very good, though."

"Immaculately maintained property in the heart of Raleigh very convenient to an excellent Italian restaurant across the street called MULINO. Relaxing kitsch lounge area off the lobby for cocktails, and such in the evening staff is very accommodating. You’ll be thrilled with your stay!"

"The hotel was very nice in side & the room was very nice as well. We found it clean & no issues while we were there. Staff very friendly & helpful The shuttle was also convenient to the airport. . I would definitely stay here again."
