"Currently doing renovations so main lobby closed and used small entrance. Booked room with balcony but unfortunately it rained during the day before we got there and the chair pillows were left out to get soaked. Finally dried out by morning but made the balcony less appealing. Nice room, big bed and great TV. No parking (and valet parking is $45/night which seems excessive). No room service but plenty of great restaurants 4 minutes away on foot. Highly recommend "Elizabeth" around the corner on Wharf Street."

From the fresh coffee each morning to the beautiful decorations and charming atmosphere, every detail reflected the rich history and character of the inn. The entire staff was exceptional, friendly, and accommodating. A special thank you to the General Manager, who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail made this experience unforgettable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Portland, Maine."
