"The service was great and the room was clean but I had one problem the tv still stay on cable I was look for stream on YouTube Hulu or Netflix access but unfortunately you can’t not access on any on of them that was pleasant for me because I get my news and entertainment on stream platform but it is a beautiful hotel nice balcony view and the pool was good as well."

"I booked this hotel because of the amenities. We got there and the receptionist said the pool closes in 15 minutes. The arcade was closed. The waterpark was closed. Everything was closed. We got there at 830. The waterpark didn’t even open the next day. Have no idea if the arcade did the receptionist would only tell us, just said it’s closed. Wouldn’t even tell us where anything was located..She was not helpful at all. The bathroom was not very clean, the tub had something in it. I am highly disappointed with our stay. Also no laundry."

"ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER , TUB GROSS. I HAVE A SERVICE DOG WHO IS VERY GOOD BUT JUST LIKE MOST DOGS IF THEY HEAR SOMEONE AT DOOR SHE WILL BARK, SHE DOES NOT BARK FOR NO REASON OR FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, YOUR NEW POLICY , IF YOU CALL AND I CAN'T GET THERE YOU WILL REMOVE HER. THERE COULD BE A CUSTOMER WHO IS A COMPLAINER, I CAN NOT TAKE A CHANCE. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT HER. MAIN REASON I CANCELLED THE REST OF MY STAY AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE"

"Desk light so dim that it was more comparable to a nightlight. Bathtub clogged so we had to wait a half an hour to 45 minutes between our showers so the water could slowly drain out. I put a couple of items in the refrigerator so that I could have an iced coffee and breakfast in the morning in my room, but when I went to get my items out of the refrigerator in the morning, they were frozen solid as a brick. Also, every time I stepped out of the room during the morning hours, I kept being asked by housekeeping if I was leaving yet, so I felt a bit rushed to check out (or guilty for not leaving earlier so that housekeeping could do their work). Everything was neat and clean in the location of the hotel is optimal, with the Burlington mall and Lahey Hospital with an a five minute drive. Also walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts, which is good if you plan to wake up after 10 AM because they stop stocking the coffee in the lobby at that time."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salem NH

"We stay at this hotel very often as my mom is up in NH long term care residential home. The hotel is clean. They are still only supplying 1 hand towel per room even though there are 2 people. We stayed only 3 night this trip went to breakfast at 7:45am and there was no bread, no bagels at all. They still had over 1 hour and 15mins. left untill breakfast was over. Overall I would still recommend this hotel. The price is reasonable and the location is good."

"Visit Boston often from NYC and decided to come again as like the quietness, tranquility, and safety of Bedford, There also doesn’t seem to be many other safe looking hotels in Bedford area. Another bonus is shopping center within walking distance. There is a gym with weights that can access while there, although not sure it’s 24 hours access. Somewhat dated, but happy to be able to use free weights. The pool seemed to be undergoing testing and not accessible at the time. Stayed in the suite room this time as the last time was there didn’t have a working tub and was something needed and looking forward to. The suite room is large and super spacious, if property invested in cleaning and updating the carpets and chairs in room, would make for a really pleasant stay. Sometimes end up extending stay when staying, so if booking through 3rd party, hotel will request additional fee to stay in room. On the last day of reservation, I left to go for a run a little before 10 am and could hear phone ringing as was leaving room. At 11:04 am as leaving room again, could hear phone ringing again which was kind of disturbing as very quiet, professional, and don’t bother anyone other than when extending reservation. Travel quite a bit for work and family at times, and first time ever having this type of experience/encounter with front desk calling. Could be a boundary and cultural issue, but not something expected to occur as a someone who travels quite a bit."
