"Hotel was nice right across from the lake. I wish my room wasn’t over the top of the restaurant. At night all you heard was the air conditioners, the bed was positioned on the wrong side of the room. Would’ve liked to lay in bed and look at the water. I celebrated my 40th and couldn’t light the birthday candles because of the very sensitive smoke detectors."

"We stayed 3 nights, and housekeeping did not come in one time. We only had shampoo for one day. We also ran out of toilet paper. Trash was super full. Also bathroom in lobby area was completely out of toilet paper."

"Nice staff everywhere. Bar, restaurants, front desk...one disturbing thing though...Asked 3-4 people at front desk if I could get the Milwaukee Brewer game on TV....they had no clue. I found a "Milwaukee" channel guide on the TV, which turned out was impossible to use....also no one knew about that. A couple times the person went to ask a "manager", only to come back with no answer. Disappointing."
