"We didn’t not have enough towels and had to buy some for the local store. Staff initially only out one set KNOWING the room was booked for two guest. The hotel also reeked of urine, possibly due to the pet friendly policy. I do appreciate the fact that o didn’t see any bugs and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast no complaints there. This should be an emergency booking only. "

I’m looking like that does not justify a damn thing at all this is a COMPANY CLEANING ISSUE 😑But as I stated she was very, very genuine about me explaining to her and letting her look at what was going on with me and she did advise me to go get some Calamine lotion. I went by my doctors office she prescribe me some cream just for bedbugs with antibiotics in it and my doctor did advise me not to Carry what I had at the time from the motel into my home because of the spreading that it would cause "

"The hotel was fine. However they could not verify my confirmation number I had from hotels.com. They said it had to start w a c. They told me that I had to call hotels.com. This was 10 pm at night. I had three little girls with me. I couldn't find a number and when I finally did I could not get ahold of any person. After 1.5 hours (even did chat )) I got a hold of a human and they could not help me. I never was able to prove my reservation. The hotel no longer had any rooms but magically found one I could pay. Higher price for. I still have not received my refund from hotels.com "

"There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding. "
