"Outstanding! Staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful! Pool villa very spacious, lovely big bed and bath tub! Location was lovely and enjoyed riding bikes. Scalp massage was amazing and heated pool was nice. Food was delicious. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy this place some more! Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was immaculate and very stylish. The pool area was beautiful and large away from the hustle of the traffic.
Ideas for improvement - light from smoke alarm and air on in bedroom is annoying if you like total darkness to sleep.
Maybe offer a gluten free cereal and bread to toast. "

"The resort is stunning, the staff is exceptional, the rooms fantastic. I really couldn’t express how much we enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The downside is that it is one hour away from Da Nang but they provide transportation to and from airport. The price for what you get is exceptional. "

"Fabulous hotel with wonderful and friendly staff. Special shout to to Nguyen who helped with a flight issue I had. I ended up upgrading to a room on The Level and it was huge with great views across Hue. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and there was both a bath and a shower. The afternoon tea offering was fabulous - free cocktails, wine and canapes every day between 1530 - 1800. The pool was absolutely huge and when I went, I was the only one in it! It also has a really nice Sky Bar. "

"We did the 2 night stay for our honeymoon straight after our wedding and couldn’t be happier. The villa is beautiful, food is amazing and we had the best sleep on the most comfy bed. There are plenty of activities within the resort too. "

"The property was as described. It’s a 5 star resort with large clean rooms, excellent facilities like the pool, gym and Onsen. The breakfast was outstanding and we have an amazing dinner as well. It is 20 mins from the centre of Hue so you will need to take a taxi to get into town and to get to the cultural attractions. "
