We truly enjoyed the Stone Hearth Inn. We stayed after an event about a half hour away. The Inn was cozy, decorated tastefully with cozy white coaches and antiques and wide plank flooring. I want to start by pointing out that the staff at the hotel were above and beyond PHENOMENAL, and I mean ALL THE STAFF.
I spent the weekend up there and got stuck with some car problems in a blizzard and dealt with everybody on the staff there. They were some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in the hospitality industry.
When I say all the staff, I mean all the staff!
DAY 1. The plow guy helped me get my car out of a spot when my snow chain broke and I couldn’t move.

Everything was not bad, due to Covid. So indoor Pool, sauna closed at 6pm, bar at 9! Big problem was with the room, they put me in totally different room as shown on the pictures, but big thanks guest check-in personal, they fix this problem.

The not so good: Video entertainment. $27 for a 4 month old movie. Some in room maintenance issues. No in room luggage stands. Promoted free internet & parking however fine print states $33 resort fee pays for parking & internet. @$500 / night I would expect less nickel and dime.
