They were clean and comfortable and also allowed for a beautiful view. We were there in off season so it was not busy. I would definitely stay here again."

"Cape Sands Inn is a very good deal for the price. Great location to use as a base for your time on Cape. Friendly staff , clean rooms , and the room with the water views are an added bonus. All the little things they did , adding a fire pit, a cool little pathway along the water with places to take in the view , make this place stand out compared to a lot of the other hotels Yarmouth has to offer. Highly recommend for budget conscious travelers."
