"The JW Marriott Resort was absolutely breathtaking. The property is massive, with so many areas and restaurants that I didn’t even get a chance to experience everything due to time constraints. I stayed for a week in December, and the Christmas decorations throughout the resort added such a magical, festive touch—it truly elevated the entire atmosphere. From the moment my car arrived at the hotel, I was completely speechless. There was this overwhelming feeling of awe that’s honestly hard to put into words. It was one of those moments where you just feel how special a place is. My room exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant. If you’re traveling solo and craving amazing Thai food, this is a must-visit. The staff makes you feel right at home, and the food is outstanding. "This is a new property and you can feel it (in a good way) Staff especially the site managers are lovely and very professional The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pools are all very well thought out. Our baby enjoyed the kids pool and the beachfront pool is beautiful with a very nice vibe - music is just the right volume. The beach here is nicer than other resorts weve stayed at in khao lak. I recommend this hotel for sure."
