Great hotel when waiting for a flight! Nice staff, convenient location with shuttle service.

Amazing staff! I booked the night before arriving, and missed the fine print about needing to register 72 hours early. The online concierge was able to send me the link in WhatsApp so I could get registered and get the code to the hotel. She also helped me order a taxi cab in the morning. Very clean room, close to an excellent Shwarma restaurant for dinner and quite a few cafés for breakfast and lunch. I wish I had been there more than one night because it was very clean and comfortable.

Very clean and quiet. On taxi 30 drive to sagrada familia church on a Sunday. Loved it!

H10 Madison was an excellent hotel. It is in a great part of the city with many attractions you could easily walk to. The hotel itself was always very clean. Staff were super helpful and always had a smile for you. We tried the breakfast a few times while there and it was very good but at 24 euros per person is a little expensive. The room was nice and the aircon worked good, bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan in out room was appreciated as it was warm there when we stayed Oct 9-14. Taxi service...

Great hotel and wonderful location

It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. We certainly enjoyed the Alexandre Congress Hotel. Pick up from the airport went smooth ( you may want to ask details but basically follow signs to hotel shuttles/ look for a black van with the name of the airport on it. There are certain times it runs more than others, so know that in advance. They emailed us info needed) Check in was easy, the room quiet and comfortable. This hotel is perfectly situated for walking to all the Barcelona attractions. Besides Monserrat and Park Guel which need trains or buses, all others we walked to including Montjuic the longest walk- we averaged 6 miles per day.

The hotel has all been updated and looks wonderfull. Our room was clean and rather spacious for an older hotel. Location was perfect in the heart of the old city making it very walkable.

Lovely, modern hotel near both the train station and the airport shuttle for our flight out the next morning. The hotel staff was very helpful. They were not aware of the VIP free room upgrade, but when I showed them the Expedia offer, they honored it. Everything was comfortable and made for a great stay.
