"Room is always clean, comfortable bed. The area of the hotel is close to the mall and restaurants very convenient. "

"Rooms are clean. Its more of an outdated type property. Rooms use lamps which only work if the main center light is on. Rooms are divided so tv area was separate from bedroom, which i liked. There was a TV in both rooms. They were small but good for the area. The shower is hard to use, not great pressure and hard to get on and off. No fridges in room unless you ask for ahead of time (possibly at an upcharge). Room was very private and quiet."

"Our phone in our room did not work, we told 3 different staff members but they did not seem to care. Not a huge deal, but we were wanting to order room service and we did not have the QR code in our room like they said we would. When asked if they have the QR code they said they don't have an extra one. Because our phone didn't work we had to go down every time we had a questions, like just wanting utensils. "

"The internet wasn’t too bad a few times had to go off wifi staff was nice but in the lounge was asked a specific question about skins on fries and he said no skins so I ordered fries and ofcourse there was skins my biggest pet peeve I was not happy"

"They had 2 washer and 2 dryer’s $3 for each The kitchen was fully equipped and no problem cooking all my meals full size fridge and stove oven and microwave and a dishwasher staff were great and room kept clean too "
