Hotels in Stevenson Ranch

"Based on ratings and pictures I thought this hotel would have everything I was looking for. Our room was not clean there was hair on the floors and carpets were dirty. Loud noise from the freeway, and bath room area is so tiny. Comp breakfast only includes boiled eggs, toast and some cereal plus OJ and coffee. During our stay the housekeeper removed an item out of the room and when asked they all denied it and later on confirmed it was removed only to say because she thought we had checked out? I had 2 more days left and our luggage and items were still in the room so that made no sense. Manager only offered a small appeasement of covering parking fees for the incident. Felt uncomfortable so I decided to leave early and they only refunded partial amount. Not to mentioned 1 elevator and it takes FOREVER! 1/10 would not recommend."

"We approached the front desk to check in and we were greeted by Nick who asked for a credit card and i.d. He was polite and checked us in quickly. He gave us directions for the elevator and the ice machine and pointed out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Our room was on the third floor and was clean and comfortable, The bedding was comfortable, too!"

"The room was clean and spacious, the air conditioning work really well, the poor was clean and allowed for many people. Staff was really sweet, accommodating, the location was nice and felt safe! "

"The staff is amazing. The bed was so comfy.the coffee in the lobby was great. But , just so you know, there is no jacuzzi. Well, there was one, but it’s taped off and there’s a sign sign is going to be removed. Also, I had selected pay at property. Apparently this means pay day of. They charged me the morning I was supposed to check in"

"We stayed at the Ramada Inn. It was very close to Universal Studios. The front desk was very helpful. When checking in the rooms were clean. Very nice accommodations. Definitely would book again when we go back to California."

"Internet was not good. Kept dropping the signal in the room. Chairs too low in the sitting areas for those who have issues with hips,etc. "
